Lease agreement of Hajiyah Shah Baygum's inheritance, 1913
The inheritors of Hajiyah Shah Baygum, wife of the late Haji Hakim from Rasht, rent inherited property to Muhammad Husayn Uf from Irvan for six years in exchange for eighteen thousand tumans. Hajiyah Shah Baygum's inheritors include her nieces and nephews, and the leased properties, including a bath, are located near Rasht and Fuman.

Correspondence amongst Malakah Iran (Furugh al-Dawlah), the Treasury, and the Ministry of Finance regarding the approval of the Cabinet to pay five thousand tumans to Malakah Iran to compensate for damages to her house when it was bombarded along with the Majlis during the Constitutional Revolution, and requesting the remaining two thousand and five hundred tumans.
